Wow, what an incredible day we had yesterday at Washington Square Park! Partnering with Stillshop for the Popup Art Fair was an absolute blast, and I’m still buzzing with excitement from the whole experience. It was one of those perfect New York days—sunny skies, a gentle breeze, and the park alive with people ready to explore and discover something new.
From the moment we set up our booth, we could feel the positive energy in the air. People were out in full force, and let me tell you, the response to our EastEm Studio porcelain pieces was beyond amazing! We sold over 100 of our succulent plants and over 50 pieces of our beautiful porcelain works. We had a steady flow of curious and enthusiastic visitors all day long, and it was so much fun to connect with everyone. I got to share the stories behind the designs, mixing traditional Chinese craftsmanship with a modern flair. The reactions were heartwarming and made the whole day even more special.
As the sun started to set and the day wound down, I felt a deep sense of gratitude. This event wasn’t just about selling porcelain; it was about connecting with the community, sharing our passion, and seeing firsthand how much people appreciate the artistry and culture behind our work. It was also a reminder of why I do what I do—to bring a little piece of my heritage to new places and see it light up someone else’s world.
Thank you, Stillshop, for being such awesome partners, and a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to support us. Your enthusiasm and love for our work mean everything. We’re already looking forward to the next event, and we can’t wait to bring you more beautiful, handcrafted porcelain.
Stay tuned for more updates and exciting news. Until then, keep spreading the love and creativity!
Cheers,
Emily
